For the change to take affect the form attached here-under is to be sent to MSE through the compilation of the MSE Change of Personal Details form attached below.
This form can be presented to Malta Stock Exchange by the investor, upon the presentation of his/her ID card. Alternatively, the form may also be sent by post if attested by a professional witness.
How do I change my registered bank account?

What is the procedure when a Bondholder/Shareholder is deceased?
Heirs of the deceased Bondholder/Shareholder are to contact their notary. Malta Stock Exchange will then assign/transfer bonds/shares in line with the notary’s instructions. Once the transfers are registered with the Malta Stock Exchange, the Heirs are to contact AX Group P.L.C to claim the payments of the deceased that were withheld during the transmission period.
Can I dispose of the bonds prior to the redemption date?
AX Group P.L.C. Bonds are quoted on the Malta Stock Exchange. Therefore, the Bondholder can acquire/dispose of his/her bonds through his/her licensed financial intermediary.
How do I receive interest payment?
All interest payments (and subsequently bond redemption sum) are credited into the designated bank account at the time of application.
